Dr. Baby and Dr. Rojas are partners at work and at home, raising three children. They love being actively involved in several school and community organizations as they support not only their children but the town they live in.
They take great pride in what they do: bringing years of experience, a passion for continuous learning, and in-depth knowledge to their patients.
Meet Dr. Baby
Paula Baby, BSc, DDS, MSc, Dip Ortho, FRCD(C)
I grew up in the Parry Sound, Muskoka and Sudbury regions of Ontario, but London is now truly my home.
As an orthodontist, I have a lifelong commitment to giving my patients the highest level of care possible.
I learn something new from each patient who comes to see me. From clinical lessons to personal stories, I am always broadening my horizons. Being an orthodontist makes me a better person, as my patients inspire me to improve not just professionally but personally as well. I know each person has something special to give, and I enjoy learning what makes them unique.

Meet Dr. Rojas
Jaime Rojas BSc, DDS, MSc, Dip Ortho, FRCD(C)
I grew up in Bogota, Colombia, and have lived in London, Ontario since 1999.
As an orthodontist, I love the daily opportunity I have to meet new friends and help them live healthier, happier lives. I choose to work in the dental health field because I want to help my patients and know I can give them a personal and positive experience. I love the orthodontic specialty because it allows me to provide a service to patients that is specific to their needs, but always results in a beautiful smile that the person loves to show off!
